Salon 22 – Service, Refund & Redo Policy

At Salon 22, we value every guest and strive to provide exceptional service and results. To ensure fairness and clarity, please review our policies below:

Service Redo Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your hair service, please contact us within 7 days of your original appointment.

No monetary refunds are given for hair services.

A redo service may be scheduled with the same stylist who performed the original service, unless otherwise approved by management.

Redo services must reflect the original consultation and agreed-upon style. Changes outside the original request (different colors, styles, or add-on services) will be considered a new service and charged accordingly.

Some results require multiple sessions to achieve safely. Your stylist will discuss realistic expectations during your consultation.

Product Exchange Policy

Products may be exchanged within 5 days of purchase if they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and safety regulations.

No cash refunds are issued. Exchanges may be applied toward another product of equal or greater value, with any price difference paid by the client.

Independent Stylist Policy

Salon 22 provides a professional space for independent stylists. Each stylist operates as their own business.

Team members may have their own service and refund policies. Guests are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to their stylist’s individual terms prior to booking.

Booking & Cancellations

For specialty services (such as color corrections, extensions, or smoothing treatments), a non-refundable deposit may be required. This deposit is applied to your final balance.

Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be charged a cancellation fee.

General Policies

Chemical Services: Results may vary based on hair history, condition, and maintenance. Some services require multiple visits to achieve your desired outcome while protecting hair health.

Service Refusal: We reserve the right to decline services that may compromise hair integrity, health, or fall outside professional recommendations.

Liability: Please wear protective clothing during services. Salon 22 is not responsible for damage to clothing or personal items.

Gift Cards/Certificates: Non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and must be presented at checkout.
